Q: How do I place an order?
To order online click on the "Add To Cart" link on the Products page and fill out the information on the order page.
#Logging into your Account
Q. How do I login to my student account?
Once you've completed a purchase, your student login and password will be listed on the confirmation page. You can login to your student account by visiting http://login.hafacert.com.
Q. How do I retrieve my password?
If you forgot your password, please visit http://password.hafacert.com. You will need to enter the same email address you provided during checkout. (NOTE: If you don't receive an email right away, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.)
Q: When will I receive my product?
Your purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping transit time is 2-4 business days.
Q: Do you ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, additional shipping costs are calculated by UPS to your location. If you order online, we will contact you with the additional charges to your location.
Q: What methods of Transportation do you use?
We use UPS ground to ship the products.
Q: What if my order is delivered damaged from shipping?
If possible, refuse delivery of the order from the shipper and email us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement. If the order is delivered when you are not at home, leave the products in their original packaging and email AssetPlan for return instructions.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Your card will be charged when the order is placed.
In the event you are unable to attend a live course or event and are requesting a refund, you must notify AssetPlan within 72 hours or more of the scheduled course date. If you are unable to cancel within this time frame, the class fees will be applied to a future class. Credit for a future class date cannot be transferred to another individual. You can email your cancellation request to info@assetplanusa.comRefunds for online classes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for online courses/products if a customer has logged into their student account prior to requesting a credit to their account. No refunds after 7 days.
